To give every person with a speech impairment an affordable, intelligent, and dignified way to communicate — using only an Android phone or tablet they already own. (IOS coming soon)

Why Leslie Exists

Leslie was created out of a real need. When someone you love struggles to be heard — whether from a stroke, ALS, Parkinson's, or any condition that affects speech — everyday communication becomes exhausting and isolating.

My wife has ALS and I saw her become isolated more and more from her friends and family, because she was losing her ability to speak. The calls came less and less. I couldn't find anything that I felt would let her adapt as her condition progresses. That is why I wrote Leslie.

Leslie fills that gap. It's a powerful, affordable Android app (IOS Coming Soon) that amplifies speech, builds phrases, and keeps people connected — without requiring expensive AAC hardware.
